The flagship shochu Issho Silver was born of will and determination to rebuild the distillery after the catastrophic flood in Hokusatsu region in 2006.

Issho Silver pays respect to the founding mission and history along with the Komaki brothers' shared passion for shochu.
Using the original koji mold and yeast that existed 100 years ago, this shochu never stops evolving—while still rooted in tradition.

The name "Issho" is derived from one letter of each of the brothers' names.
"Issho" also means lifelong in Japanese.
The meaning behind the name represents our determination to continue to evolve together so that our customers can have a lifelong relationship with our shochu.
